Editorial nature of the site

Fare Anchor is an independent editorial publication that catalogs hotel promo codes, travel discounts, and loyalty bonuses available from third-party hotel brands. We are not a hotel, a travel agency, or a booking platform. Reservations are made directly with the hotel brand on the brand's own site, subject to that brand's own terms and conditions. Fare Anchor is not a party to any reservation you make, and we do not handle payments, refunds, or trip changes.

Accuracy of listings

We make a good-faith effort to cross-check every promo code on the site against the brand's own published terms, using the research checklist described on our verification page, and we refresh the catalog listing on an ongoing basis. Even so, hotel pricing engines are dynamic and a code that worked yesterday may not work today. Fare Anchor cannot guarantee that any specific code will apply for any specific reservation; your sole remedy if a code fails to deliver the advertised discount is to choose a different rate plan or contact the hotel brand directly.

Trademarks

All hotel brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on Fare Anchor are the property of their respective owners. We use them under fair-use editorial principles to identify the brands whose promotions we cover. Fare Anchor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these brands unless explicitly stated on a specific page.

User submissions

If you submit a promo code, deal tip, or other content to Fare Anchor through our contact email, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, edit, and republish that content on the site and in our editorial communications. You confirm that the content is yours to share and that publishing it does not violate anyone's confidentiality, contract, or intellectual property rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, mirror, or systematically copy Fare Anchor's content for republication on any other site or service. You agree not to use the site to harvest contact information, send unsolicited communications, distribute malware, or otherwise interfere with normal operation. We reserve the right to block IP addresses, accounts, or jurisdictions that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

Fare Anchor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fare Anchor and its editors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any reliance you place on its content, including any failed promo code, trip change, or unsatisfactory hotel experience.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the site. Continued use of Fare Anchor after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
